Natural Chemist is an online pharmacy store and natural health clinic combined, meaning customers can obtain all their medicines, vitamins, supplements and natural remedies in the one place.

Part of their mission was to strengthen the relationship between practitioners and patients and as part of this, Natural Chemist required both a website redesign for their online store and an upgrade of their Natural Script tool which helps practitioners and other professionals manage patient prescriptions and orders.

Both the Natural Chemist eCommerce store and Natural Script tool have now been modernised and the customer journey and user experience for the online store has vastly improved.

As an ongoing client of Greenhat, we continue to monitor and investigate website improvements and produce various other collateral on an ad-hoc basis such as in-house product labels, email templates, landing pages and exhibition signage.
