Marland Mushrooms, a leading mushroom farm based in Brisbane, required a website that could effectively promote their business and streamline their employee onboarding process. With a high turnover rate and a reliance on casual labour, along with language barriers for many employees, Marland Mushrooms faced challenges in ensuring consistency and efficiency in their induction process.

Marland Mushrooms approached us with the goal of developing a WordPress website that would serve as both a promotional tool for their business and a resource centre for potential and current employees. The brief included the need for an integrated news blog to showcase company updates and industry news, as well as a comprehensive workers resource centre to provide essential training materials and resources for new employees.
