To address LCIA's challenges, a RESTful web service was created as a central point for managing data on AWS cloud-based infrastructure. This served as the foundation for developing their Learning Management System (LMS) and Staff Administration Portals, enabling seamless interaction with the RESTful API and automating reporting requirements. These systems streamlined LCIA's operations, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional service to their student cohort.

In addition, Greenhat developed a new responsive website that integrated seamlessly with the LMS and Admin portals. This provided direct access to course materials, facilitated prompt communication and networking channels between staff and students, and offered online support options.
