Gold Cross Products & Services owns and produces a pharmacy only printed publication and digital platform – ‘In the Know’ and endorses several products sold in pharmacies.
They approached Greenhat to produce and redevelop several items; a new logo for the ITK brand, a new website for their ITK digital platform and an endorsement feature to use as an exclusive opportunity for pharmacy businesses to promote themselves.
The new look and feel needed to be contemporary to ensure they remained current with their audience and adhered to the existing Pharmacy Guild brand guidelines. The digital platform had been neglected and poor maintenance of the site was causing issues with credibility. The new site therefore needed to re-establish ITK as a reliable source of information and the first place for pharmacists to turn for practical information.
